PURPOSE
To grow 2-inch (16-inch) high purity NaI single crystals for the COSINE experiment
SPECIFICATION AND PERFORMANCE
- Max temperature : 800 ℃ (3 zone)
- Crucible : Φ 12 cm (small), 60 cm (large), quartz
- Seed pulling speed : 0.1 ~ 10 mm/h
- Seed rotation speed : 0 ~ 30 rpm
